About

Moxie Studios is a not-for-profit arts resource organization that provides technical training, consulting, materials and creative space for artists and organizations engaged in a variety of traditional and experimental media.

From humble beginnings in 2005 as two studios in the Liberties, in a nearly abandoned warehouse with unintended skylights, Moxie Studios has continued to grow, evolve and increase our dedication and service to the arts; Since 2008 we have been the largest group of studio members in all of Ireland. Everyone responsible for our day-to-day running have space in the building and are active members of our community.

In 2012 we are pleased to announce the addition of committed space in our facility for a digital arts and hacking lab, a ceramics room and kiln, open classroom and wood workshop, alongside our pre-existing video screening room, four immense galleries and Large Project Space. We also continue to develop external opportunities for artists to exhibit and showcase their creative outputs, both in Ireland and abroad.
